How To Request An Additional Class With The Helpdesk
In your account, select “Helpdesk” from the left menu.
Now that you are in the Help Desk, click the “add” button in the upper right hand corner.
In the “Add Ticket” window. Enter your subject in the Title and your question is the description box. Then, click “Submit”.
You should receive a response from a member of our support team in within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email when they have responded.
