High School Honors Physics Online
Description:
This course introduces students to the basic concepts of Physics, which is the branch of science that primarily studies matter, energy, and their interactions. This Honors Physics course then expands on the basic concepts of Physics by having the students interact with case studies, which ask the student to dive deeper into their understandings of the topics. Using the scientific method, physicists hypothesize relationships, design experiments, and complete tests to turn those hypotheses into theories. Students learn Physics is more than numbers and equations; it is about asking how and why things work and questioning everything we see in the natural world.
