WITH EXCEL HIGH SCHOOL (CLICK HERE FOR DETAILS)

RAPID CITY, SD, August 15th, 2020 – National American University (NAU) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Excel High School in Minnetonka, MN to offer dual-credit classes for Excel students.

The relationship between the two institutions allows Excel students to enroll in dual-credit courses with NAU. Upon graduation students can apply college credit they earned toward an associate or bachelor’s degree at National American University. Under the agreement, NAU will provide Excel students the opportunity to participate in online dual-credit classes at a reduced tuition rate and study when and where they choose.

“National American University has a long history of working with non-traditional students to help them take the next step in their education and career journey. We are excited to work with Excel High School to offer high school students an opportunity to get a head start on their college degree, and continue their education online,” commented Dr. Ronald Shape, National American University President.

Dual-credit classes are available to Excel students in 9th-12th grade who maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA. Classes are offered in writing and communications, math, science, humanities, psychology/sociology and foreign languages.
