Excel High School offers block scheduling for our full time and part time students, which means that a high school diploma is completed in a shorter amount of time. In most cases students finish high school in just 2 ½ to 3.0 years. A general high school diploma (18-credits) can be completed within (24-months) or 2-years; and a college prep. diploma (24-credits) can be completed in just (30-months) or 2 ½ years. Imagine finishing high school 1- 1 ½ years early! Homeschool credits and credits earned from other accredited schools can be transferred to Excel High School and will count toward graduation.

On a block schedule, full time students are only required to take four courses at a time, rather than six or seven. We have found this method to ease the learning process and help in overall knowledge retention. Basically, we make learning much less intimidating! Block scheduling also makes Excel High School your best choice for affordability. Full time enrollment is about $ 2400.00 per year. Excel High School is an accredited private online high school (grades 9-12) with locations in Minnesota, Florida and Louisiana. We serve students throughout the country and the world with a private high school education. It is a unique school that provides a flexible setting, structure and calendar through online learning. This flexibility means you can also take online make-up courses or summer school online to supplement your report card.

The cost to attend Excel High School is about half the cost of comparable accredited private high schools in the US. It is our goal to keep education affordable for everyone, whether students are trying to earn their high school diploma at home or are taking summer school online. Since we are able to keep our costs low, we pass these savings onto our students'. We have no school buildings to maintain, other than our administration offices, we have no school busses to operate, we do not employ a facilities maintenance crew, we do not offer school lunch programs, so you can quickly see how we are able to offer such an affordable option.
